— 佛 乘 世 界 文 教 基 金 會 —
財團法人佛乘世界文教基金會的成立，乃是基於眾生皆有佛性之大善，皆可成佛之大緣。強調知識與佛性為人類生命光明圓滿不可或缺或的元素。知識吻合於佛性與充滿佛性的知識，正是將娑婆世界顯現為常寂光土本體的圓覺 。圓覺，是最大的智慧，更是最大的慈悲！在佛乘世界裡的法要，即開宗明義道：「諸佛以慈悲為第一力」，基金會的設立，即建基於此；此並訂定「全人類都有學習知識與明了自己佛性的機會」。
「財團法人佛乘世界文教基金會」於1994年8月成立，依循佛法中佛教世間化、佛法生活化、佛學科學化、佛制現代化四大原則，以興辦社會公益慈善事業、推廣中華文化及佛教、藝術、音樂、學術、體育、科學、醫學等活動及國際交流為宗旨。並陸續於美國洛杉磯、夏威夷、香港、加拿大多倫多及溫哥華等地相繼設立分會，二十一年來所舉辦活動遍及台灣、日本、美國、俄羅斯及加拿大，參與人數超過六十四萬人次以上。
